Transactions these days are often decided solely on impressions stemming from good (or bad) reviews, and ignoring the “vox populi” could spell disaster for any business. According to Andrei Vasilescu, CEO of DontPayFull, “In the coming years, these customer reviews will be the greatest influencer of any business”.
