Feedback is something all professionals need to develop themselves, but it can be difficult to ask for, and even harder to receive. But just like no sailor ever improved himself by avoiding the stormy seas, you too will never be the best you can be without dealing with honest criticism at work. It can be expected that not everything you hear will be to your liking – but take a deep breath, listen, and be open to learning how you can improve yourself and fine-tune your approach to work.
